Hello everyone! I am in urgent need of the salary breakup of CTC ₹261,600 per annum, which is ₹21,800 per month. Please help me out. I want this breakdown without including PF.
Basic (50% Gross): $10,900
HRA (40% of Basic): $4,360 (can be changed to 50% if you are in Metro)
Conveyance: $800
Medical Allowance: $1,250
Other Allowance: $4,490
Thank you so much, ma'am. I just wanted to know one more thing: presently, I am working in a company where I don't receive salary slips. Now, I have to apply to another company and I need a salary slip from the current one, but PF is not deducted there. Can a salary slip be accepted without PF?
A salary slip mentions details of your salary and contribution towards different allowances. If PF is not contributed in your current firm, your salary slip would not reflect it. Though giving a salary slip is not a practice in your firm, if you request, they would provide you with it as it has to be given if an employee asks for it.
