Definition Of Worker.

Dear All,
Could anybody help me out by furnishing the answer to below mentioned question..?
"If a managing director who comes weekly once to the company/Office, does he falls under the definition of Worker as per the Factories Act.? Does He falls under the Definition of Workman under ID Act..?"

Hi,
Please resrrach on this site or google for the defination.
As per the ID Act, MD is not a workman.
As per the Factories Act, if he has overall controll on the factory, he would be occupier and not workman.
