What Document I Should Check Before Offering An Overseas Candidate???

I have got one applicant from Nigeria. Since we have opening for data entry operator and he says that he has a good typing speed i want to hire that guy for our BPO company.
I just need to know what all documents i need to collect from that guy before hiring him into our office ???

Why are you hiring the foreign national for such clerical job? Is is in India or Nigeria? Nornally Foreing nationals should be hired for Specilised jobs and not for such jobs....

Actually he is a student.And he is desperately searching for a job.
Since he says that he is having good typing speed that is why i want to hire him for this job.Its his wish to join as data entry operator and by his frequent calls are insisting me to hire him.

And yeah he is in India only. And not only this he is residing very near to our office.
