My organization has been promoting and using coaching as a key method of performance improvement. My team and I have played a critical role in training and developing coaching skills and competency for over 2 years. However, as all good things eventually slow down, so has this initiative. The top management wants to ensure the sustainability of coaching in the long run. Therefore, I am seeking insights on conducting a GAP analysis, usability assessment, or impact analysis on coaching. I aim to identify areas where coaching is not effective, behaviors that are counterproductive, and other related aspects. If anyone has questionnaires, SOP documents, or any resources that could assist me in this endeavor, it would be greatly appreciated.
