Navigating EPF Withdrawals: Can You Bypass HR and Avoid Notice Deductions?

1. Is it possible to withdraw EPF without routing the withdrawal form through company HR? I have done the attestation of the signature according to instructions.

2. Can they deduct notice period money from my PF amount?

3. After completion of 10 years (without any withdrawal clause), does it become mandatory to take a pension? How to avoid it?

4. I have heard that if you make a withdrawal in a financial year, then you don't get interest for the current financial year as the interest is credited till the last financial year. This interest is shifted to another account. What is the method to check and withdraw if there is any amount due to me if it is true?

I was terminated, which was later converted to resignation, and they have wrongly claimed dues from me, which I countered. What should I do? I doubt they even sent my PF form to the EPF office. My application got rejected twice by the EPF when I applied on my own, but it was due to being incomplete, and I don't know the exact reason as I haven't received their rejection letter even once.

How long does it take to get the PF amount? I resigned from my company in August 2012, but still, I haven't received the PF amount. I had submitted all the required documents for PF at the time of resignation. Please assist me.

Checking EPF Claim Status Using the EPFO India Website

Use the EPFO India website to check your claim status. Usually, it takes 2 months, but the official time frame is 3 months. Verify if your application has been rejected. Reach out to the HR department or consider filing an RTI to know the status of your claim.

I have checked the online status, and it's showing that Form-19 has been rejected. Could you please help me with how I can now get my PF amount?
