Labour Laws - Maharastara - Pdf Download

I would like to know the contact labour laws in the State Of Maharastara.
Basically we are contactors and we are to hire sub-contractors for manpower supply for about 200 men for mechanical repair work (mumbai port).
As this is the first time dealing with Maharastara state I don't know much about the labour laws of the State.
Do we as contractors responsible for the labour or are we to provide Benifits, PPE, ESI etc.
If yes kindly guide me as to what all am i as a contractor responsible for.
