Our industry making glass and Lighting products, at the time of critical operation, employees and workers are left out the job and talking with others, to restrict this nonsense activity i want to introduce and declare Mobile Restriction Policy.
The use of cell phones takes away from the users’ attentiveness and increases the risk of injury to users and those around them.

Our Industry is Heavy machinery,Fabrication and Pannel Boards and also H R Plates. We need Cell Phone use policy. Please help me any one.

Self-restriction is best to be adopted. Avoid using cellphones in following situations;
When one is walking on a road and crossing
While driving
When one is in a meeting
When one is on other's desk in the middle of important talks
Whenever one feels that others might get disturbed and feel avoided/neglected
