How to Tackle Resume Gaps and Past Employment Issues Without Raising Red Flags?

abcddef
I have worked with two to three companies in the span of 2-3 months and received a salary as well. I absconded from them. I want to remove these employments from my resume. Is it a good idea to completely remove them without including any details? What if there is a gap between my education and employment?

One of my companies has closed down, and it is my third previous company (10 years ago). I am not in touch with anyone from that company. How can I handle this?

Believe in your values. You made a mistake by absconding and are seeking suggestions from the forum to cover it up. Be honest with yourself and do what you believe is right.

The moment you seek such suggestions, you end up losing faith in your ethical values. You should keep all your employment details as they are in your resume, no matter what gaps or reasons you have for leaving your prior employers. You should believe in yourself, as honesty is the best policy. Be true to yourself and the organization you wish to apply to. You may have to face a few rejections in the beginning; however, eventually, one organization or another will appreciate your honesty and appoint you.

Avoid making the same mistakes as you have in the past and demonstrate a serious attitude towards work.

Thanks
