i would like to enroll part time phd programme.Can you please help me out getting a good topic for doing Ph D in HR

Recently I heard about a great topic - it's about how these expat bosses cope with Indian ways of doing business and the effects it has on the company.
Another topic could be the "Effect of Internet on Human Resource".

We have already heard that most of the IT's ,Construction Company concentrate on their Cost cutting strategy. This is because global recession which effected the entire world economy,with higher detriment in some countries than others.I think it has great impact on our economy as well as our business too."What I suggest "Cost cutting strategy" is one of the hottest topic for your PhD program.
