Seeking Guidance: How Can I Transition from BPO to a Successful HR Career?

Hi everyone, I need a little help and some suggestions. I want to make my career in HR. I am a commerce graduate and have experience in BPO. Could you help guide me on what course to pursue and which institutes are really good and can help me get a job after completing the course? I am planning to do a distance MBA in HR. Will it help in my progress?

Please help. I am a new member of this site and don't know much about how to take steps forward. Any suggestions and ideas will be appreciated.
