Career In HR - Distance Mba

Hi everyone,
I need little help and suggestion.....I want to make my career in HR....I am commerce graduate and have experience in BPO....If u guys could help me with guiding me through like what course to pursue and institute's which are really good and can help me get a job after completing the course....I am planning to do distance MBA in HR will it help in my progress..
Please help..I am new member to this site and dont know much about how to take step forward...
