Work from Home Emergencies: How Do You Manage Productivity Concerns in Your Company?

Nisha SV
I would like to get some inputs on the Work from Home policy. If anyone has a policy already in your company on "work from home," kindly share it.

Concerns About Productivity

Also, generally, for us, there has been a long-term concern that employees who choose "work from home" are generally less productive. We are a Software Product Development company, and we cannot afford a loss of productivity. We provide the option of WFH only in case of emergencies, but recently, the recurrence of these emergencies has also become frequent and is now becoming a larger concern. Can anyone suggest how to handle this scenario?

Hi Nisha,

We are also facing the same problem. Our developers are taking this for granted. How have you handled the situation? I have gone through many articles and found that it's important nowadays to provide work-from-home options for employees, and there should be a fixed number of work-from-home options in a month. What do you think?
