Stuck with My PF Transfer for Over Two Years – How Can I Resolve This?

Dear Sir/Madam, I changed my job from Vadodara to Ahmedabad two years ago. When I was working in Vadodara, they had a Trust for PF Deduction. I requested to transfer my PF and filled out the transfer form. My employer in Vadodara has their head office in Bangalore. They issued a check in favor of the Regional PF Commissioner for the total amount of my PF. My current employer has also provided me with proof of submission for the inward check amount. However, since May 2010, it has not been deposited into my current PF account by the PF officials in Ahmedabad. What should I do? Please suggest.

You have to submit your application in writing to the PF office and ask them about the further actions to be taken. It is better for you or your HR coordinator to consult with the PF authority and provide necessary proof of acknowledgment. You will receive a response soon.

Please send me your complete details regarding your previous and current PF and Pension account numbers, the details and address of the company, your date of joining and leaving the current and previous organization. You may have to fill out Form No. 13 (PF & Pension) transfer form again and register a complaint with the PF authorities on their website. Additionally, please address a complaint letter to the respective PF Commissioner, CPFC, & Additional CPFC.

Application and Check Details

Application and Check No. (247852 dated 10/12/2010 of amount Rs 76,470) has been received in the PF Office Ahmedabad in their inward section as of 21 Dec 2010. Annexure-K was also submitted with the application form. The check is in favor of "The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner A/c No. GJ/14728/2147" for Mr. Suresh K Singh.
