Salary Slip Format & Breakup For Proprietorship Firm

Hello Seniors,
Please guide me is the salary slip breakup for proprietorship firm is same as that of pvt ltd and ltd firms , i.e the break up includes basic, hra , allowances etc
Request you to please share the salary format.

Ownership status has no bearing on labour legislations. Whether owned by an individula or owned by a partners or pwned by a Private Limited company or public limited company, rules are same
