Confused About Form 10C Rejection? Need Clarity on Minimum Service Requirement

chankit007
I worked for Impact Infotech in Pune for more than 6 months. After resigning, I completed all the formalities and submitted Form 10C and Form 19. Unfortunately, Form 10C was rejected. When I inquired about the reason from my employer's HR, she informed me that I am not eligible as I haven't completed one year of service.

Could you please provide me with information regarding the minimum working period required to claim 10C?

Regards,
