How Do I Create an Incentive Structure for IT, Non-IT, and BPO Teams? Need Help!

Hi, this is Thaneshwari. I am working as an HR Generalist in a company. My MD asked me to prepare an incentive structure in a Word document. Can you help me out? We have three teams - IT, non-IT, and BPO. For these three, I have to prepare an incentive structure in a Word document. Please help me.

Please provide the attributes for all the departments in which they are supposed to be assessed. I am not sure about the IT team, whether it is based on "On Time Delivery," "Error-Free Delivery," etc. Additionally, you need to mention whether the BPO process is inbound or outbound.
