Creating HR Policies from Scratch: How Do I Start for a Cosmetic Company?

I have just moved to a cosmetic company from a financial services company. My new company doesn't yet have an HR policy document, and I am expected to develop one. I need assistance with a sample HR Policy document in a cosmetic or beauty product/personal care company.

I suggest that you first research the policies. Benchmark with your peer group industries, discuss with your management what they expect, and create a draft manual to post here. We will be happy to provide suggestions on the same.
