Where To Go After 1 Yr Of Exp In HR Without Exp. Letter

I am looking for job in HR where i can work on PF & ESI in any industry but i havn,t worked on the compliance yet and the companies where i go for interview say they are looking for those who have worked on this,
Pls tell me what to do unless i will not get to work on this how can i know about all this .

I can understand yuor situation as I myself faced it till a couple of months back. My advice to you:-
Please do not lose your patience and don't give up hopes. Try harder. Try to convince your interviewer that though you don't have any experience, you're confident enough to do things right. Do so by proving your knowledge. Cite examples from your education/academic related to your interest area somehow that would enable interviewer to believe that you're gng to be fruitful to the organization.
