How Can I Break into HR Compliance Roles Without Prior Experience? Seeking Advice!

Hi, I am looking for a job in HR where I can work on PF & ESI in any industry, but I haven't worked on compliance yet. The companies where I go for interviews say they are looking for those who have experience in this area. Please tell me what to do because unless I get to work on this, how can I learn about it?

I can understand your situation as I myself faced it until a couple of months back. My advice to you: Please do not lose your patience and don't give up hope. Try harder. Try to convince your interviewer that, although you don't have any experience, you're confident enough to do things right. Do so by proving your knowledge. Cite examples from your education or academic background related to your interest area that would enable the interviewer to believe that you're going to be fruitful to the organization.
