I S.Yoganathan having 13 years of working experience with Ngos,Hospitals and Industrial Settings M.S.W.,M.Phil and doing my Ph.D.,in the area of CSR I want to check my Ph.D Questionnaire whether it is relevant to my respondents who are managers implementing CSR activities in the company. The questionnaire seems to be well structured with peresonal details being asked somewhere in the middle. I have made some changes to certain questions to improve clarity. I suggest that you kindly read the others and make suitable changes.
From the objectives, it is not clear why you are seeking details of respondents such as age, sex, etc.? Unless you are anlysing the responses by those parameters and drawing some conclusions, they are irrelevant. Have you written up your PhD synopsis and the literature review section. if so, I would like to see a copy. If you can't send me an email through CiteHR, please let me know. I will request the Administrator to enable that facility.
