I am working in a reputed industry for the last two years. A few months ago, my new manager joined the department. After working together for approximately four months, he suddenly ordered the IT department to terminate my company email ID without informing me or HR. Even HR understands that this is wrong, but they can't go against my manager because he is the Head of Department (HOD). Overall, I am the sufferer, and I am in a very embarrassing situation both professionally and socially. Kindly suggest how to resolve this complication.
