Entitlement Of Earned Leaves Under Suspension

let me know whether earned leaves are entitled to suspended employees during his suspension period or not?

. If suspension is to validate by the procedure of natural justice suspension days cannot be taken into account. Employee is elegible only for Substence Allowance for his suspension days according to ID Act.

Earned leave ,as the very name suggests is to be earned by an employee bu putting actual service and since the employee does not work during suspension as the contact of service remains suspended, he does not earn any leave during the period of suspension.
