Are Suspended Employees Entitled to Earned Leaves During Their Suspension?

Let me know whether earned leaves are entitled to suspended employees during their suspension period or not?

Suspension and Subsistence Allowance

If suspension is to be validated by the procedure of natural justice, suspension days cannot be taken into account. The employee is eligible only for Subsistence Allowance for his suspension days according to the ID Act.

Earned Leave During Suspension

Earned leave, as the very name suggests, is to be earned by an employee by putting in actual service. Since the employee does not work during suspension and the contract of service remains suspended, he does not earn any leave during the period of suspension.
