The difference between 18300/- & above total is 885/- & that will be ER Contribution of EPF
EE PF amount will be 780/-
As Gross Pay is above 15000/- ESI is not applicable

You can give the CTC whatever you want, you will get the breakup.
Pleas note, if the Gross is getting more than Rs. 15K, you can remove the contributions towards ESI in this working.
