Waiting for an Offer Letter After HR Confirmation: What Should I Do Next?

I cleared all rounds in First Data (ICICI Merchant Service). I got confirmation from the HR department as well, and they asked for compensation documents, which I sent through email 4 days ago. However, I have not received the offer letter yet. Kindly suggest what to do.

If you have not received your offer letter, please contact the concerned HR department about your candidature status. If you have received information that you are a selected candidate, then ask them about the offer letter.

Firstly, did they give you any joining date? If not, please call them and inquire about it. You can also ask if an offer letter or a letter of intent will be provided before your joining date.

Many companies do not practice giving offer letters or letters of intent due to the misuse of such documents. So, stay calm. It is possible that they might directly hand over an appointment letter on your date of joining. Therefore, relax and communicate with the HR department.
