Dear All, Ours is a 100+ employee HR consulting organization, and we have employees ranging from Trainees to Manager level. Is it mandatory to have an ESI deduction? Our organization has been in the industry since 2008, and no ESI deductions have been made in all these years. However, the employees do have a PF deduction on a monthly basis.
Kindly advise if ESI can be waived off.
