If fresher entering into company they must know about SDLC. Using SDLC you can provide the concept and ask them to explain about the concept using SDLC

Simple Tell me about yourself.
For senior position if ask them about the project details and usual question like why u r looking for change etc.
Finally ask about salary Current CTC and Expected CTC. Then if candidate ok finalise and issue the offer to them.
