For fresher level positions, you should interview based on brief information about themselves, including qualifications, family background, interests, strengths, and weaknesses.

Apart from some simple questions for technical interviews, such as what is SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

If a fresher is entering the company, they must know about SDLC. Using SDLC, you can introduce the concept and ask them to explain the concept using SDLC.

SDLC steps: Analysis - Development - Coding - Testing - Implementation - If the client requires any modifications, the cycle starts again from analysis. Then ask, what is a Project & Product.

Non-Technical:
Simply, tell me about yourself.

For senior positions, inquire about project details and typical questions like why you are looking for a change, etc.

Finally, ask about salary: current CTC and expected CTC. If the candidate agrees, finalize and issue the offer to them.

It includes a DSS system, i.e., Decision Support System, which helps solve all the problems with effective solutions. The HR Department of every organization prepares monthly MIS reports.
