Kunal Saxena
Dear Amit,
Normally validity of the first aid training is one year. You have to give them re-fresher training every year to your employees and we will provide the certificates also.

In Indian Red Cross Society and St. John Ambulance Joint certificate the validities are: first: Senior Certificate (Three Years Validity) Second: Voucher Certificate(Five Years Validity) Third: Medallian(Life Time Validity). If any person continue refreshening every year in First Aid They can get life time valid certificate. Gap between Two Course should not less than One Year and More Than Three Years.
Thanks

Dear Amit,
I would like to add info about it
As per industrial act the institutes approved by DISH Ms Govt like ours, can issue the certificates after the proper training which is valid for 3 yrs. but a refresher course is necessary after 6 months or a year as they do not use medical knowledge very often as we do.
For futher information check the website www.lifelnefirstad.org
