Pf Nominee To Change

i want to know the procedure for changing the name of nominee in PF and which form should i fill for that. Kindly help

Hi Ravi,
You needn't to worry Mr.Vinod is absolutely right just follow his instruction.
It may happen due to you may not have family and have to put some one else name as nominee at the time of joining after he gets married he has to change the nominee and most important submit form2 in any change in the family (Child Birth etc)

Should i submit form 2 revised to PF office directly or through my employer ................
