How Do I Change the Name of a Nominee in PF? Need Help with the Right Form!

I want to know the procedure for changing the name of a nominee in PF and which form I should fill out for that. Kindly help.

You needn't worry. Mr. Vinod is absolutely right; just follow his instructions. It may happen that you do not have a family and have to put someone else's name as a nominee at the time of joining. After getting married, you have to change the nominee and, most importantly, submit Form 2 for any change in the family (e.g., childbirth).
