Please find the attachment of the employee motivation PowerPoint presentation. I put some effort into my presentation. Please check it and give me some comments on this.

This is an excellent summary of motivation. Every individual is motivated by their own needs at any given time. Individual needs change with personal circumstances, so the only way to find out what motivates an individual is to ask them. As you quite rightly point out, once you ask, you should listen. This is the key to motivating individuals.

There are many theories of motivation. Unfortunately, all begin by imposing the theories of the author upon others. I am delighted to see that you make no mention of any of them.

Hi! The presentation is good. However, you can improve it by inserting pictures/cartoons denoting the different motivational factors and specifying the factors on top of each slide.

The PPT contents are very good. However, the slides can be made more pleasing to the eyes by projecting appropriate video images related to the contents. The contents could be in points/bullet format for ease of assimilation. Fonts could be bigger.

I must say, your presentation is good, but it could be better. Being a senior executive of a bank, the career path of an individual vis-a-vis competency development plays a vital role in motivation.
