I think there is tremendous scope for HR in Dubai. I see a lot of ads in this area. However, concerning the activities, I think Dubai has to grow up. So, there is a chance for all of us to learn. My idea is to network with other HR professionals so that we are up to date regarding the opportunities and the latest trends.

Regarding new opportunities, now most companies prefer bilinguals or Arabs as a part of their Emiratisation drive. But I feel good candidates still have a chance.

I recently joined a company as an HR Coordinator, and the salary is AED 4,500 all inclusive. I have an MBA in HR with 10 months of HR trainee experience. However, there was a time gap between my first job and this one due to a tragedy in my life. Can anyone provide feedback on my salary and role? Additionally, I would like to know about the contract (Unlimited or Limited) and its consequences. Please let me know.
