Need Help with Posting Job Ads? Here's How to Get Started on Job Portals

Hello, can anybody help me to know the procedure for posting ads on job portals? Currently, I've joined a job and need to do it in the near future.

Hi Moumita,

Congratulations on your new job. Posting a job on a portal is not difficult. You would need an ID and password to enter the recruiter's zone of a portal, which would be provided to you by your organization. There would be a link for job posting, on which you click. You have to fill in various fields such as:

- Job Title
- Job Description
- Company Name
- CTC offered
- Relevant experience
- Candidate profile
- Min Education, etc.

Please note all the details would be provided by your organization, so chill. Just relax and wait for your first day. I'm sure your organization will provide you with this basic training. 
