Want To Resign On Medical Grounds

Dear all,
I am working for a overseas consultant for past 1and half year, from nov 10th i am on medical leave and the doctor has strictly advised for bedrest for atleast three months, i had informed the same to the management provided medical test and doctor mobile no to cross check .
QUERY will my salary from november 1st to 10th credited to my account an now that i am totally not well wanted to resign and secondly i my 10th original certificate is held with them how do i get back as i have not served the notice period?
I request to kindly suggest on this please

Why one would resign without alternate Job in hand ? Further, incase u already have the job and donot want to continue with current assignment, it is better to follow the normal exit procedure.

Why do you want your certificate back when you are on medical leave? If the company needs to replace you, then they will terminate you giving due notice. In which case they will have to return your certificate.

My ex collegue has been terminated as her performance was not good, but the management has not returned back the original 10th certiifcate
