i am going to give a presentation to my HR team...could anyone please suggest me the topics for presentation for HR???

helw...the agenda of presentation is to knowledge enhancement with in the team..and to provide some new & innovative ideas to make the department work effective???

if you think thers to much work load on employees then i think you should go for lighter topics.like communicating /asking for help without any hesitation.and how evry1 can contribute to create an environment where evry1 is accessible to evr1.how once in a while you can have an informal brainstorming session to discover new ways of work/or to discuss how to collect info and use it.
