Seeking Ideas for One-Day Training Topics for New Team Leaders – Any Suggestions?

Hi all, I am working in an IT company as the only HR. I have been given the task to search for a one-day workshop/lecture/training topics for new team leaders (who were previously acting team leaders). Please help me make this training program successful, as this is my first time doing this job. Thank you all in advance. I hope to get loads of ideas from my HR friends here. :)

Thank you for sharing this link. Also, can you help me with some ideas on how to conduct this training or share your thoughts on conducting this training in innovative ways? I am planning to keep it classroom lecture style and, if possible, will add some activities. Kindly suggest what to do.
