You want them as a "Stockist" not an employee (a commission agent). In this case, they will only be an agency, not a trader who buys and sells. If so, it's a purely commercial operation that will vary with the specifics of mutually agreed terms and will be covered under Contract Law. Am I correct? Please elaborate on your query.
