U want them as a "Stockist" not an employee, (a commission agent) in which case they'll only be agency not a trader who buys and sells if so it's purely commercial operation which will vary with specifics of mutually agreed terms. And wud be covered under Contract Law. Am I correct ? Pl. elaborate your query.
