Leaving Your Job? How to Create a Helpful Handover Report for Your Successor

I'll be leaving my current job soon and would like to prepare a handover report for the person who will take over from me. Kindly assist me with samples of handover reports. I have worked with the organization for 2 years as a Maternal and Newborn Health Specialist, and now I am resigning because of another opportunity.

First, congratulations and all the best for your new opportunity. Since you were in the healthcare department, the handover becomes of utmost importance. You can create an Excel sheet listing the names of clients you have handled, their queries/complaints, actions taken, and how it helped them, etc.

Of course, I do not have technical knowledge of your industry, but this would be an overview.
