Competency Mapping For The Hotel

Hi.. i need to do competency mapping for a hotel as my internship project so need to identify competency for each designation. please help me out with moving ahead with the process.

Hi Anayaat.. thanks a lot for sharing this but in all the above link its for technical or it company.i am doing internship in a famous Hotel so i want data relating to hotel industry.
it will be kind if i get material on how to prepare the questionare for survey and how to identify the competencies?

Have you spoken to your HR Manager, Training Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager on preparing a mud map for moving forward with your project?
Competency Mapping isn't a effortless exercise. Even for a hotel, it can take a couple of experienced consultants up to 2 months to complete.
But, then again, it all depends upon the extent of the mapping that your employer is seeking from you.
I've visited the links sent to you by Anayaat. And, I believe they can be adapted for use within the hospitality industry.
Why don't you take those to any of the managers I've mentioned above and speak with them about it. I am sure they will work with you to move your project forward.

Gaurav sir i have spoken to my HR Manager and she wants me to identify competencies only and tel those to all the HODs. i as an initiative wants to do a survey with any of the job family may Mangers or executive. so want questionaire.
