Pension Scheme Calculation

Hello Seniors,
One of our company's employee has completed his 10 yrs of working.So as per pension scheme he is liable to get pension @ the age of 60.but my question is that how much rupee will be decided as his pension ??? right now his salary is 10,000/- pm.

Dear friends,
Age to get full pension is not 60 years, but 58. If service is 10 years and salary Rs. 10,000; then pension will be 10x6500/70 = 929.
