Can anyone clarify, how to fill the fields of 19C form, as following:
4. Account No......DL. /
and for 10C form;
5. Code No. & Account No.
* Region/SRO code.........
* EST code No.........
* A/C No..........

Area code is city or regional office code as BN for bangalore
SRO is Sub Regional office as KRP for K R Puram
Est code means every establishment has PF code number should mention that
A/c No means your PF account number
