Dear Narayan Rao,

The Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923 is to provide for the payment by certain classes of employers to their workmen of compensation for injury by accident. The various categories of employees who are covered under the Act are mentioned in Schedule II of the Act.

To view any labor/employees' legislations, including the Workmen's Compensation Act, you can visit www.erlaws.com, which elaborately covers the bare Acts/Notifications relating to all labor legislations. If you have any specific queries, please revert to me.

Have a great day.

Thanks & Regards,

Dear Narayan Rao,

I am attaching a concise presentation on the Workmen's Compensation Act. The PowerPoint presentation was created by my classmates and is truly admired. Please go through it and ask for any clarification.

Regards,
Geetika

Can anyone point me to a provision in the Workmen's Compensation Act that covers employees of a BPO organization?
