Can anyone help with providing information on the minimum compulsory holidays for a private organization? The government permits 9 holidays, but could we be violating any government rules by having only these 9 holidays?

I think this year, no one has received the list of Gazetted Public Holidays for the year 2013 from the Government of Maharashtra. Please upload it if anyone has it.

Maharashtra Mantralaya Holiday List Update

Maharashtra Mantralaya has not yet announced the list of holidays for the year 2013. All the diary and calendar printing work is pending at our office. They keep telling us that the circular is yet to be signed by the CM. If there are any updates, please post them. If the list is announced, please attach it. Thank you.

Can anyone help me with the Dussehra holiday in 2013? Some sources say it's on Monday, October 14, and some say it's on Sunday, October 13 (with the ninth and tenth day falling on the same day). Please help with the correct information.
