Yes, there are separate SAP training institutes in all big towns/cities. The course duration is 2 to 3 months, and the fees will be around Rs. 11,000/-.

Actually, I don't have any idea about institutes in Mumbai and Delhi. But I can suggest one thing. You can go to justdial.com site and there you select the city and ask for SAP HR TRAINING INSTITUTES. It will show you all the details of the institutes including their phone numbers.

Fantastic work done by you. I really appreciate your work. I have one doubt. Can you suggest me if we work and simultaneously go to the training, is it possible to get a job in the SAP field? What is your suggestion if we are interested in working as SAP functional consultants? Please suggest to me. I have a lot of confusion about whether to go for training or not because if we opt for training, will these three months be enough to become an SAP functional consultant?

Hi Prasad,

Thank you for your appreciation. We can work and simultaneously go for the training. It is not an issue. It is better if you install the SAP software on your home PC and practice daily after returning from work and training. This will be more helpful for you. Practicing at the institute will consume more of your time.

The training will last for a maximum of 2 to 3 months. Some reputable institutes will assist you in finding a job after completing your training and successfully passing the test conducted by them.

V Zen Technologies in Model House, Punjagutta, and Reliance in Ameerpet are some of the reputed institutes.

My department has recently introduced the Biometric Clock for employees to clock in and clock out daily. Consequently, we have been given the printout and asked to provide an explanation for the absences and lateness to work. Can anyone suggest a reporting template that HR gives to employees to explain their reasons for being absent from work and coming in late for work? Any suggestions forthcoming will be greatly appreciated.
