You had been posting your queries one after the other. I had a doubt about your training head's background and whatever i had assumed had come true. We had exchanged couple of emails and based on the same, i submitting my views in your organisation's favour.
My query to you is that,
- you being a "Skills Enhancement Specialists", why is your knowledge about various tools is limited? Are you a fresher? You must not blame your department head. If you possess experience and skillets, i am sure you can deliver beyond yours and your superior's expectations. I hope you will agree with me.
- Saudi European Petrochemical Company, A SABIC Affiliate, a well known organisation in KSA where Finance & Administration department is clubbed together where HR ACTIVITIES are carried out under this banner. This sound very strange for me.
- Don't you think your organisation deserves OD including RE-STRUCTURING?
I strongly feel that, you must have discussions with your department and present your proposal for starting these departments, HR and ADMINISTRATION, followed by appointing HR & ADMIN OFFICERS/PROFESSIONALS having sound knowledge about process and procedures.
I had come across many employees who were given a task to be executed by experienced/Manager level personality while they being hired for different task. Just to save their jobs, employees sought help in this forum without having straight forward discussion with their superior. I wonder how long they will keep seeking help just to execute their assignments and safe guard their jobs, without acquiring real time knowledge about the subject.
Talk to your department and try your best to create a vacancy for me. Will do the rest.
