Greetings,
The document you shared is amazing ! Have you tried the techniques out ? I have been tried the ' Turn the problem on its nose' method quite a few times. It did open me up to what we were not thinking at that moment .
Looking forward to hear from you

Dear Sundaresan,
Thank you for the write up on Reverse Mentoring; I read it with interest.
I take this opportunity to inform bloggers about the right way to do it. It would have been ethical if Sundaresan had given the sources from which he copied bulk of the four pages. For example, I found whole of the information on Reverse Brainstorming,at Reverse Brainstorming - Brainstorming techniques from MindTools.com plus a bit more that he has not given. Then the next bit, about Krish Shankar's interview, is in fact a piece written by him (Krish Shankar / Sep 03, 2012, 00:48 IST) at Reverse mentoring

Dear (Cite Contribution),
Thanks for your appreciation and the guidance.
I have actually mentioned that it is from books and blogs. In fact i have mentioned the author name also for reverse mentoring. For reverse brainstorming i couldn't give the source becuase i had downloaded it sometime back and forgot the source.
In any case, i am trying to write these concepts on my own and again post it after some time.
I have really tried reverse brainstorming recently in one of the workshops i have conducted on "creativity" and the trainees have come out with real good ideas on improving the "order book".
Reverse mentoring is also quite nicely happening in my life on "two way communication basis" with some of the excellent mentors i have.
Thanks once again for your feedback.
Have a cheerful day!!

Dear All,
I am sure that we all have material either sent to us by mail or that we would have collected in the past without noting the reference. The best way to use such material is to paraphrase it rather than 'cut and paste" it. However, if we like to do the latter, then it is easy to find whether the source is available by searching the web using a portion of the matgerial as the search term. That's what I did to find out the sources given in my above post.
Sometimes, the material we will have collected are copyrighted and it would be illegal to post them verbatim.

Dear Sundaresan,
Yes, I liked it. Instead of just copy and paste material, like some do, you have given a proper introduction and conclusions too.

The new version is concise and much improved. However, it would have been appropriate to have given the links that I gave in my earlier post as sources of materials from which you got ideas.
I will rather leave the original post, as it helps people to appreciate the proper way of doing things.
