Problem-Solving Techniques Presentation

Please find a PowerPoint presentation on problem-solving techniques, presented in a critical way. You will find that most things do happen in an organization. This is just to make you think if somebody is trying to use these techniques. Be alert and proactive. Needless to say, do not use them!

Thank you. You are correct. The idea to upload this PPT was not for negativity but to identify the negativity. I have read somewhere, "If you want to catch hold of a thief, you have to think like a thief." Similarly, in an organization, many times people with such mentalities would come across. It is important for everyone to identify and act proactively.

But, Buddy, in the techniques you have outlined in your PPT, you have forgotten to mention one of the most powerful techniques, called "Brainstorming." Maybe you thought it is for those who have brains. Anyway, thanks for letting me know about the 'A-Z things of how not to solve a problem.'

Thank you for the PowerPoint presentation. In fact, I had something somewhat similar, probably circulating for quite some time. That is why I got the idea to prepare with negativities. Unfortunately, I am unable to retrieve the old presentation. I will upload it once I find some time.

Thanks & Regards,
