I am working in an Indian MNC in sales. My employer sent me an email regarding revised compensation, reducing 15% of my total compensation. The basic salary has also been reduced by the same percentage. The email was sent to me just 3 days before the revised salary was credited to my account. I was not communicated with earlier, and no consent of mine was taken. Moreover, the policy has not been implemented uniformly for many other colleagues of mine who were lesser performers than me. Kindly advise on what legal action can be initiated.
