I just want to know, I am an MBA graduate with one year of HR experience. What is needed from me to get an HR job in reputed companies (e.g., TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, etc.)? What are their expectations regarding experience and any extra qualifications needed? Please help me in this regard so that I can make myself eligible for them. Thank you.

Hi Teresh, Usually, they prefer a person who has achieved a first class, but in exceptional cases, where the candidates were exceptionally smart, they have also been successful. Some organizations also hire candidates through internal referrals. If you know someone working in this organization, you could ask them to upload your resume on their site.
