Hi..
Please help me in calculating in excel, the total experience of an employee. The data I have is his past experience in years as 1, 2, 2.4 etc and present experience calculated from DOJ. I would require sum of Previous experience and experience in company as Total Experience which must be updating regulary as per the system clock.
Qucik help on this issue is highly appreciated
