How Can I Calculate and Regularly Update an Employee's Total Experience in Excel?

Hi, please help me in calculating in Excel the total experience of an employee. The data I have includes their past experience in years as 1, 2, 2.4, etc., and present experience calculated from the Date of Joining (DOJ). I would require the sum of previous experience and the experience in the company as Total Experience, which must be updated regularly as per the system clock.

Quick help on this issue is highly appreciated.
