How Can I Successfully Introduce a Buddy System to My Team of 10? Seeking Advice!

Could anyone please help me out with the buddy system of work as I am planning to introduce it to my team of 10? I am part of a background screening company and am tasked with creating a whole new work procedure, which is when I came across this idea. Can anyone provide me with a better understanding of how I could start it from scratch and how to foster a strong bond between buddies?

Thank you for the PPT attachment. It explains very well the concept of the Buddy System. My concern is whether such postings, as immediate responses, encourage a dependency culture.
