Here is a sample...
Scheme 1
• Applicable to Specific Grade/Level Executive cadre employees
• Vehicle shall be either owned by company or acquired on contract by company and shall be provided to employee for their use, while in service with the company.
• Procuring vehicle, registration, insurance and applicable taxes(if any) shall be taken care by company
• Employee shall takes care Fuel Charges, Service, Parking, Maintenance expenses and Fines (if any)
Scheme 2
• Applicable to Specific Grade/Level Executive cadre employees
• Vehicle shall be either owned by company or acquired on contract by company and shall be provided to employee for their use, while in service with the company.
• Procuring vehicle, registration, insurance and applicable taxes(if any) shall be taken care by company
• Company shall takes care Fuel Charges up to $X, Service, Parking, Maintenance expenses (if any)
• Employee shall takes care of Fuel charges beyond $X, Parking and Fines (if any)
Scheme 3
• Applicable to Specific Grade/Level Executive cadre employees
• This shall allow employee to use their own cars for official purpose
• Company shall pay $Y per month towards Car Allowance
• Company shall pay Insurance renewal charges, if employee use the car for official purpose, not less than 6 months
• Employee shall takes care of Fuel charges, Service, Maintenance, Parking and Fines (if any)
Scheme 3
• Applicable to Specific Grade/Level Executive cadre employees
• Vehicle shall be either owned by company or acquired on contract by company and shall be provided to employee for their use, while in service with the company.
• Procuring vehicle, registration, insurance and applicable taxes(if any) shall be taken care by company
• Company shall takes care Fuel Charges, Service, Parking, Maintenance expenses and Fines (if any)
• Company shall pay $Z per month towards Driver Salary
