Help Needed: Employer Background Check Concerns
Could anyone help me with whether her new employer will get to know her previous employer's career details using income tax, PF No, or Professional TAX No's? My wife resigned from XX company, where she worked for 6 months, and joined a new company without disclosing the details of XX company for the background check with the current employer. My question is, will the new employer find out which company she was previously working for, considering she left the previous company without any notice period and never collected the relieving letter?
