Dear all, Pls I have just been employed as HR officer of an oil Palm Company. My question are:
1.how do i go about revising the salary structure of the company across board?
2.how do i go about performance appraisals?
3. Does anybody know HR policies appropriate for an oil Palm Company?
4.Any other ideas will be much appreciated.
Pls note that I will be dealing with both farmers, factory workers and administrative staff.
