I have just been employed as an HR officer for an oil palm company. I have a few questions:

1. How should I approach revising the company's salary structure universally?
2. What is the process for conducting performance appraisals?
3. Are there specific HR policies that are suitable for an oil palm company?
4. Any additional insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Please note that I will be working with farmers, factory workers, and administrative staff.
